Do It For You was initially created for people who have never felt safe, confident, or
comfortable in traditional fitness spaces.

Our fitness and yoga sessions are intentionally designed for those living in larger bodies, experiencing body dysmorphia, navigating gender identity, or older adults who may feel anxious, vulnerable, or unsure about joining mainstream classes, or for anyone who has ever felt judged, watched, or out of place while exercising.

​​

There are no mirrors, no pressure, and no expectations to look or move a certain way. Every movement is adaptable, optional, and led with care. The focus is on moving kindly, building trust with your body, and feeling safe and respected at your own pace.
